摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病CT扫描的剂量如何选择和优化。方法:选择可能或存在缺血缺氧性脑病的新生儿60例随机分为三组,分别选取100mA、50mA、25mA,其他参数一致的情况下,根据新生儿头颅图像质量评判标准得出结果。结果:50mA与常规剂量100mA组的图像质量评分差异无统计学意义.25mA与常规剂量100mA组的图像质量评分差异有统计学意义。结论:50mA低剂量CT扫描在HIE诊断中的应用是完全可行的,可对缺氧缺血部位、脑室出血、蛛网膜下腔出血等予以明确诊断,且由于辐射剂量显著降低,有效地保护了新生儿。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the newborn ischemia broadened encephalopathy CT scan doses of how to select and optimized. Methods:selection may or existence ischemia broadened the newborn encephalopathy 60 cases were randomly divided into three groups,were selected 100mA,50mA,25mA,other parameters consistent circumstance falls,according to neonatal head image quality evaluation standards to obtain the result.Results:The 50mA 100mA group with regular doses of image quality score difference was statistically significant,25mA 100mA group with regular doses of image quality score difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:50mA low-dose CT scan on HIE diagnosis.the application is completely feasible and hypoxia-resistance ischemia parts and ventricle bleeding,subarachnoid hemorrhage should be a definitive diagnosis,and because the radiation dose significantly reduced,and effectively protect the newborns
