消骨增贴的制备及临床应用

目的:介绍消骨增贴的制备、质量控制方法和标准,观察其临床应用疗效。方法:采用现代工艺制备消骨增贴;参照《中国药典》2005版一部标准进行质量控制,并进行临床疗效观察。结果:该制备工艺方法可行;在TLC图谱中可检出马钱子、黄柏的特征斑点;临床疗效观察消骨增贴对骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、肩周炎、脚踝扭挫伤的有效率为100%,对腰肌劳损的有效率为93.94%。结论:消骨增贴制剂稳定,质量可控、使用安全、疗效确切,具有很好的临床应用前景。

Preparation and Clinical Effects of Xiaoguzeng Transdermal

Objective:To study the preparation,quality control and clinical effects of Xiaoguzeng transdermal.Methods:Xiaoguzeng Transdermal were prepared by modern technics,and the quality control was conducted according to China Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition.The effective of the transdermal was observed too.Results:The preparation process is practicable;semen strychni pulveratum and cortex phellodendri chinensis were detected by TLC;the efficient was 100%for hyperostosis,lumbar disc,frozen shoulder and ankle sprain and 93.94%for strain of lumbar muscle.Conclusions:The formulation is stable in preparation technique,controllable in quality,safe in usage and accurate in efficacy.There would be good prospects in clinical application.
