| 摘 要： | 目的:调查我院降血脂药物应用情况和发展趋势,为临床用药提供依据。方法:对我院2007～2009年消耗的降血脂药物用药金额,采用金额排序法和用药频度(DDDs),及日均费用(DDDc)的变化和应用情况进行统计分析。结果:降血脂药物的年用药量及用药频度逐年上升;2009年降血脂药物的年用药金额及DDDs分别是2007年的3.29倍和2.5倍。2007年用药金额最大的为他汀类,用药频度最高的为他汀类,其次是烟酸类。结论:我院降血脂药物应用基本合理,他汀类药物疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application status and the development trends of antilipemic agents in our hospital and provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods;We use amount ranking method,DDDs and changes of DDDc to analyze the application of antilipemic agents in our hospital from 2007 to 2009.Results:The year count and DDDs of antilipemic agents increased year by year.The DDDc and DDDs in 2009 was respectively 3.29 times and 2.5 times of that in 2007.The largest DDDc in 2007 was statins.The largest DDDs in 2007 was statins,followed by niacin.Conclusions;The application of antilipemic agents in our hospital is reasonable.The effect of statins is definite. |
