| 摘 要： | 用超滤和纳滤膜分离技术提取发酵液中的阿卡波糖.发酵液通过超滤膜除去杂质,然后将超滤液通过纳滤膜除盐和浓缩.筛选了不同型号的超滤膜和纳滤膜,并分别优化操作条件,得到适宜的工艺条件:选用ULT-1超滤膜,阿卡波糖发酵液的进料浓度3g/ml,操作压力0.26～0.28MPa,操作温度25℃;选用STM-2纳滤膜,操作压力0.6～0.8MPa,操作温度25℃,料液浓缩倍数为6倍.应用上述条件提取发酵液中的阿卡波糖,提取率为62.2%,较原工艺提高了约20%,浓缩液中阿卡波糖含量高于98.8%.
