| 摘 要： | 目的 了解老年呼吸病房慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者病原菌的分布特点和对常用抗菌药物的敏感性、耐药性情况,为临床合理选择杭菌药物提供参考.方法 回顾性分析老年呼吸病房2008年1月至2009年12月218例AECOPD患者病原菌的分布和药物敏感性试验结果.结果 218例AECOPD患者共培养出致病菌171株.革兰阴性菌144株,占84.21%,其中肠杆菌最多(56株),其次为假单胞菌(41株)和不动杆菌(26株);革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南和阿米卡星敏感率较高,对多种常用抗菌药物敏感率均较低.革兰阳性菌24株,占14.04%,其中葡萄球菌最多.真菌3株,占1.75%.结论 革兰阴性杆菌是老年呼吸病房AECOPD患者的主要致病菌,对亚胺培南的敏感率较高,对多种常用抗菌药物的敏感率低,耐药率高.应加强细菌耐药性监测,合理选用抗菌药物,提高临床疗效,减少耐药菌的产生.
