| 摘 要： | 目的分析住院患者退药原因,减少患者退药。方法收集住院药房退药申请单10622份,对退药原因、种类和退药金额进行统计分析。结果住院药房2009年1月至12月共退药29784次,退药品种274种,退药金额为134.93万元。退药原因主要为修改医嘱、患者拒用或出院转科、输入错误、患者死亡、药房缺药和药物不良反应等。结论应加强药品规范化管理,减少退药,保证临床用药安全。
