天麻药材中重金属残留量分析

摘    要:目的:检测全国不同产地12批天麻药材中重金属残留量,提供标准制定部门参考。方法:天麻样品经消解罐(XK-96-A型快速混匀器)内硝酸——高氯酸湿法消化,去除有机成分后,采用原子吸收分光光度法(HITACHI180-80型原子分光光度仪)测定12批天麻药材中的铅(Ph)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)六种重金属残留量,以广东省药品检验所提供的相应标准品溶液对照测定计算。结果:12批天麻样品中镉(Cd)残留量均超过《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,铅、铜、铬、汞、砷均符合该标准。提出天麻药材重金属残留量限定:铅≤1.00mg/kg、铜≤9.23mg/kg、铬≤5.82mg/kg、汞≤0.03mg/kg、砷≤0、060mg/kg、镉≤3.800mg/kg。结论:天麻六种重金属残留量源自土壤、水源及加工运输的污染,应加强监管。

Residue of Heavy Metal Ingredients in the Herbal Medicine Rhizoma Gastrodiae

Abstract:Objective:To measure the heavy metal residue in 12 batches of rhizoma gastrodiae in different production sites of China so as to provide a reference for the related bureau to make some standards.Methods:The samples of rhizoma gastrodiae were digested in a counteracting tank(Type XK-96-A rapid mixture vessel) by Nitric Acid Combining Perchloric Acid moisture method.The organic ingredients were removed. After that,the residue volume of lead,cadmium,chrome,arsenic,mercury and copper were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry with Type 180-80 Hitachi atomic absorption spectrophotometer controlled and calculated with the relative standard product solution provided by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration Institute.Results:In the 12 batches of rhizoma gastrodiae samples,the cadmium residue reached higher than the Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations while that of lead,copper,chrome,mercury and arsenic all complied with the standards.We suggested the upper limit of the heavy metal residue in rhizoma gastrodiae could be lead≤1.00mg/ kg,copper≤9.23mg/kg,chrome≤5.82mg/kg,mercury≤0.03mg/kg,arsenic≤0.060mg/kg,cadmium≤3.800mg/kg respectively.Conclusions: The 6 heavy metal residues in rhizoma gastrodiae all come from the pollution from soil,water resources and preparation and transportation.The supervision and administration should be strengthened.
