| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定舒通肩痛片中延胡索乙素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液(60∶40),流速1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果延胡索乙素质量浓度在8.32～41.60μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.11%,RSD为1.03%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简单、快速,可用于舒通肩痛片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective An HPLC method was established for content determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shutong Jiantong Tablets.Methods Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%trifluoroacetic acid（60∶40）; the flow rate was 1 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 8.32-41.60μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 100.11%,RSD was 1.03%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,and can be used for the quality control of Shutong Jiantong Tablets. |
