| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定四黄泻火片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为phenomenex C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.13～0.80μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),平均加样回收率为99.55%,RSD为0.7%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、专属、重复性好,可用于四黄泻火片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin content in Sihuangxiehuo Tablets.Methods The Phenomenex C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was the methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47 ∶53 ∶0.2）,the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.13-0.80 μg,r=0.999 7（n=6）.The average recovery rate was 99.55% with RSD=0.7%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,specific and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Sihuangxiehuo Tablets. |
