重型颅脑损伤并发消化道出血的预防和治疗

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤并发消化道出血的预防和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院自2006年1月～2009年12月收治的96例重型颅脑损伤并发消化道出血患者的临床资料,分析探讨其预防和治疗的方法。结果:本组96例患者只有13例发生消化道出血(13.5%),13例消化道出血患者中经抗酸止血治疗者7例,经内窥镜止血者5例,因保守治疗无效采用手术治疗止血者1例,13例患者全部止血,平均止血时间为26.8h;全部临床治愈。结论:正确及时的预防措施和治疗方法可以有效地降低重型颅脑损伤并发消化道出血的几率,改善出血患者的预后,达到临床治愈。

Severe Craniocerebral Injury with the Prevention and Treatment of Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To evaluate gastrointestinal bleeding in severe craniocerebral injury prevention and treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2006～December 2009 admitted 96 cases of severe head injury with digestive tract bleeding in patients with clinical data,analysis of the methods of its prevention and treatment.Results:96 cases were only 13 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage(13.5%),13 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with bleeding after acid treatment in 7 patients,5 patients after endoscopic hemostasis,due to adopt a conservative surgical treatment fails treatment of bleeding in 1 case,13 cases were all bleeding,the average bleeding time was 26.8h,all clinical cure.Conclusions:The proper and timely preventive measures and treatment can reduce the severe traumatic brain injury risk of gastrointestinal bleeding,bleeding to improve the prognosis of patients,even to clinical cure.
