剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的诊疗体会

目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发病机理及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析我院及孝昌县人民医院1996年6月～2006年6月10年收治11例剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症病例的资料。结果:11例患者均有剖宫产手术史,均在下腹原切口处触及一个质硬包块,8例患者月经期包块增大有触痛,经后包块缩小,疼痛缓解;另3例触痛不明显。11例患者均行手术切除包块,术后病检结果支持腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症,术后随访无复发。结论:腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症手术治疗效果好,预防的关键在于行剖宫产时要注意保护腹壁切口,避免不必要的宫腔操作,防止将子宫内膜种植在腹壁切口。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometriosis in Abdominal Wall Incision after Cesarean Section

Objective:In order to explore the mechanism and prevent measures of Endometriosis in abdominal wall incision after cesarean section.Methods:11 cases of Endometriosis in abdominal wall incision after cesarean section in our hospital and Xiao Chang Hospital from June,1996～June,2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:11 cases have history of cesarean section,all of them fell pains during menstrual period,tenderness mass can be found and it will alleviate and decrease after menstrual period.All the ectopia mass have been removed and no recurrence occurs.Conclusion:Endometriosis in abdominal wall incision treated by operation have good effect,the key measures of prevention is the protection of abdominal wall incision when cesarean be performed.avoiding needless uterine cavity operation and Endometriosis should not be planted in abdominal incision.
