腹腔镜微创治疗子宫肌瘤疗效分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜微创手术切除子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:选择子宫肌瘤患者122例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用开放式手术治疗,治疗组采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗,观察两组患者手术时间,术中出血量,并发症发生率、住院时间。结果:治疗组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率少于对照组,住院时间少于对照组。结论:腹腔镜微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤,能够减少手术创伤,促进患者恢复,提高手术治疗效果。

Treatmentof Hysteromyoma with Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment with laparoscope on hysteromyoma.Methods:122 cases of patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into control groups and therapia groups,the patients received common operation in control groups and minimally invasive treatment with laparoscope,the time of operation,quantity of blood loss in operations,incidence rate of complication and length of stay in hospital were observed.Results:In comparison with control groups,the time of operation was longer,quantity of blood loss in operations was lower,incidence rate of complication was lower and length of stay in hospital were shorter therapia groups. Conclusion:Minimally invasive treatment with laparoscope on hysteromyoma could decreases operation wound,promoted rehabilitation of patients and improve therapeutic efficacy of operation.
