放射治疗联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移癌临床疗效分析

目的:观察放射治疗联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移癌的疗效。方法:将收治的56例骨转移性痛的晚期癌症患者随机分成治疗组(放射治疗+伊班膦酸钠28例)和对照组(单纯放疗28例),观察治疗前后疼痛的程度及药物副作用。治疗组恶性肿瘤骨转移癌患者,生理盐水500ml加伊班膦酸钠注射液4mg,静脉滴注4h以上,每月1次,每例患者应用4～6次,同时配合放疗,DT30Gy。照射方法为每次3Gy为每日1次,共计10次,总量30Gy,共2周。对照组仅单纯放疗,照射方法及剂量同治疗组。结果:28例晚期肿瘤骨转移患者应用放射治疗+伊班膦酸钠治疗,总有效率达92.80%,单纯放射治疗组28例,总有效率为71.4%。结论:放射治疗联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移癌较单纯放射治疗疗效确切,值得临床进一步观察。

Radiation Therapy Combined with Ibandronate Therapy Clinical Analysis of Bone Metastasis
