| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高龄无痛胃肠镜术后的风险防范与护理。方法:对130例高龄无痛胃肠镜患者检查后给予安全护理,生命体征,腹部症状、体征,排便性状等的严密观察护理。结果:130例患者检查后91例表现嗜睡,22例兴奋状态,无跌倒坠床发生;无误吸;1例患者在镜下治疗后7小时便血,经止血后痊愈。结论:无痛胃肠镜检查提高了患者耐受程度,由于高龄患者检查中风险高、基础病多等原因,术后仍存在一定风险,应重视检查后的观察与护理,以确保患者安全。

| Abstract: | Objecrive:The aim of this study was to investigate the risk prevention and nursing care of the painless gastroscopy in aged patients.Methods:130 aged Patients after the painless gastroscopy were registered,and their vital signs,abdominal symptoms,laboratory examination of stool were recorded.Results:91 patients with sleepiness,22 patients with excited,1 patient suffered with hematochezia after 7 hours by gastroscopic treatment.Conciusion:Nursing care,including monitoring vital signs,abdominal symptoms,laboratory examination of stool,could reduce the proportion of the complications of the aged patients after painless gastroscopy. |
