| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院患者麻醉性镇痛药物使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法提取医院HIS系统中2009年住院患者使用麻醉性镇痛药物的相关数据,计算用药频度并进行统计分析。结果芬太尼注射液的使用频率最高,哌替啶注射液的用量始终较大。结论住院患者麻醉性镇痛药物的使用基本合理;对麻醉性镇痛药物,医院在加强监督、防止非法滥用的同时,还应注意保障合法需求,提高合理用药水平。
