癫痫患儿血浆中一氧化氮和内皮素水平及其相关性研究

摘    要:目的:通过对癫痫患儿发作间期与正常儿童皿浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平的检测,分析两者相关性,阐明NO、ET在小儿癫痫发病中的作用及临床意义。方法:随机选择6个月~14岁发作间期癜痫患儿共174例为癫痫患儿组,并分重症组和轻症组;选择6个月~14岁健康儿童174例为正常对照组,并与癫痫患儿组一一配对。两组同时测血浆NO及ET浓度,进行统计学分析。结果:癫痫患儿组血浆NO及ET含量均高于正常对照组(NO:p<0.01,ET:p<0.01),重症患儿血浆NO及ET明显高于轻症者(NO:p<0.01,ET:p<0.01),且NO及ET在癫痫发作间期浓度变化呈正相关(r≈0.8046,p<0.01)。结论:本实验说明NO及ET与癫痫发病密切相关,可望为癫痫的临床诊断及防治提供新的途径和方法。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the plasma concentration of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET) in healthy children and those after epileptic attack,then to compare the difference between two groups and between severe、slight patients.To investigate whether there is a positive or negative correlation between the alternations of NO and ET after epileptic attack.Methods:Healthy Children and those after epileptic attack(from 6 months to 14 years old) were chosen as normal control group and epileptic group,in the latter severe and slight groups were assigned.Each patient in epileptic group could find a macthed-one in control group.Then plasma levels of NO and ET were determined using biochemistryassay or radioimmunoassay separately.Results:Compared with the normal control group,there was a significant increase of plasma NO and ET in epileptic group;And there were positive correlation between the alternations of the two cytokins.The markedly high plasma levels of the two cytokins were always accompanied with the severe group.Conclusion:These findings indicate that NO and ET are new endogenous pathogenic factors and may play important roles in the pathogenesis and progress of epilepsy.
