| 摘 要： | 目的观察自控镇痛用于剖宫产术后镇痛的不良反应与护理措施。方法剖宫产后静脉自控镇痛与硬膜外自控镇痛各100例,观察其镇痛效果、不良反应及意外情况,采取相应的护理措施。结果两组术后镇痛效果均较好,恶心、呕吐,腹胀等并发症PCIA组明显高于PCEA组,而意外情况明显低于PCEA组。结论自控镇痛术应用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果确切,同时也有一些不良反应,护士应发挥重要作用,以达到安全有效的镇痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the undesirable reactions and its nursing during patient controlled analgesia after cesarean section. Methods Two hundred parturients were separated into PCEA group and PCIA group. The effects of pain relief and undesirable reactions were recorded. Resuits The analgesic effects was good in both groups. Nausea and vomiting and abdominal distention were higher in PCIA group,comparing with PCEA group. But unexpected things in PCIA group were lower than that in PCEA group. Conclusion PCA has good analgesic effect after cesarean section, however it may lead to some undesirable reactions. So nurses should play an important roles during pain management in order to achieve safe and effective analgesia. |
