| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血清脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法 :将 91例冠脉造影患者按狭窄程度分组 ,比较各组血清Lp(a) ,C反应蛋白及血脂指标等 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :血清Lp(a)水平在冠脉明显狭窄以及多支血管病变中显著升高 ,Lp(a)异常率在冠脉造影阴道与冠脉造影阳性患者中有明显差异。结论 :Lp(a)水平与冠脉状狭窄程度明确相关 ,在冠状动脉粥样斑块形成以及破裂过程中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To demonstrate the correlation of serum Lipoprotein (a) to stenosis of coronary artery.Methods:We divided 91 patients with angiographic findings into 30 groups and analyzed their blood specimen for Lp(a) and C_reactive protein,etc.Results:There was a singnificant upward trend of Lp(a) levels compared with the degree and multiple vessels of coronary stenosis.The rate of abnormal Lp(a) in patients with severty coronary stenosis was higher than that in normal coronary artery.Conclusions:Serum Lp(a) levels correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis.The Lp(a) plays an important role in the forming and disruption of plague in coronary artery. |
