| Abstract: | Local ischemia and reperfusion were imitated using rat heart in vitro.observing the variations of coronary flow.rnyocardial injury range and contraction band necrosis (CBN):range under the condition of different duration of both ligation and reperfusion. It appeared that coronary flow did not easily restore to the normal level within 60 minutes after reperfusion was performed. myocardial injury range in reperfusion groups was obviously less than that of simple ligation group,the size of CBN range was in the direct ratio to the duration of both ligation and reperfusion. |
