羧甲淀粉钠治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床分析

目的:为获取羧甲淀粉钠口服液(CMS-Na)治疗和预防儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的临床效果。方法:特选取195名RRI患儿分成治疗组和对照组,在进行相同条件的常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用羧甲淀粉钠口服液。临床诊断结果表明,治疗组显效率77%,有效率19%,总有效率96%,对照组显效率50.53%,有效率26.32%,总有效率76.84%。结论:羧甲淀粉钠口服液对治疗及预防儿童RRI有较好疗效,既可促进急性期呼吸道感染恢复,缩短治疗时间,还可提高机体免疫力,降低RRI的发生率。

Clinical analysis on CMS-Na curing recurrent respiratory infection of children

OBJECTIVE To order to obtain the clinical results of carboxymethyl starch sodium(CMS-Na) treatment and prevention of children with repeated respiratory tract infection(RRI).METHODS 195 children from RRI selected were divided into treatment group and control group.At the same conditions of conventional therapy,the patients of treatment group were treated with CMS-Na.RESULTS The clinical findings showed that the apparent efficiency of the treatment group was 77% and its efficiency was 19% and the total effective rate is 96%,while the apparent efficiency of control group was 50.53% and its efficiency was 26.32% and the total efficiency was 76.84%.CONCLUSION CMS-Na oral liquid on the treatment and prevention of child RRI has a good effect that acute respiratory infections can promote recovery,shorten treatment time,can improve immunity,reduce the incidence of RRI.
