| 摘 要： | 宽恕与健康的关系是宽恕最新研究取向中的热点问题。所谓宽恕与健康的关系是指个体身心健康状态与宽恕之间存在着关联，宽恕可以对身心健康状况产生影响。宽恕与健康的关系机制涉及到生理机制和心理社会机制。探讨宽恕与健康的关系，可以不断完善宽恕理论、可以提升个体身心健康水平和心灵境界、可以为实施宽恕教育提供理论依据。
