138例情感性精神病社会心理因素分析

138例情感性精神病的社会心理因素中单相躁狂型38例(27.6%),单相抑郁型50例(36.2%),双相躁郁型50例(36.2%)。129例(93.5%)有明显的社会心理因素,有自杀企图及自杀行为者81例,其中79例(98%)发生在抑郁发作期。性格与病型元显著性差异。社会心理因素和情感性精神病有密切的关系。我们认为生活事件是重要的促发原因之一,故强调进一步研究情感性精神病的社会心理因素和讲求心理卫生是非常重要的。

Analysis of psychosocial Factors in 138 patients with Affective psychosis

The psychosocial factors in 138 patients with affective psychosis are analysed in this article.In the patients the unipolar deprssion is 50 Cases(36.2%),the unipolar mania 38 cases(27.6%)and bipolar manic-depressive psychosis 50 cases (36.2%).129 of 138 patients(93.5%) have obvious psychosocial factors. Suicide attempt and behavior were 81 cases.in which 79 cases occurred in a period of depression attack.Ther were no significant difference betw- een the personality and the type of the disease.Psyehosocial factors have a close relation to affective psychosis.However,we consider that life events might be one of the important psychosoeial factors of affective Psychosis and that the m- ental health further studied has to be emphasized.emphasized.
