| 摘 要： | 目的比较路优泰与多虑平治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及不良反应。方法对50例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组，分别服用路优泰或多虑平。疗程6周。于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周以汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）得分情况来评定疗效。以副反应量表（TESS）得分情况评价治疗中出现的不良反应。结果路优泰与多虑平的疗效相仿，但前者的不良反应较后者明显减轻。结论路优泰是治疗广泛性焦虑症的安全、有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of neurostan and doxepine in the treat-ment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:Firft patients were randomly assigned to receive neurostan(n=25)and doxepine(n=25) respectively for 6 weeks.HAMA and TESS were adopted to evaluate the ef-ficacy and side effects before and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of the treatment.Results:The efficacy of neurostanand doxepine had no significant difference,but neurostan had fewer side effects.Conclusion:Neurostan isan effective and safe drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. |
