自身输血在产科的应用

随机选择30例孕妇进行自身输血研究。分娩前1～6天采血150～350ml,分娩当日或术中回输。结果:采血过程无严重副反应,采血后孕妇和胎儿生命体征无异常,产后或术后母婴健康。血回输后产妇血液指标的增高程度,试验组较对照组稍高。认为孕妇自身输血安全、有效,值得在我国提倡。

Use of Autologous Blood Transfusion in Obstetrics

There were 30 pregnant females being randomized for autologous blood transfusion. The volume of the blood collected from each patient from one to six days before delivery was 150～350ml,and then was transfused back to her during her labour or operation. The result of research indicated that in the blood—collecting process there were no side effects, abnormalities in vital signs of mother and her fetus,and mother and her infant were healthy after labour or operation. The elevation level of blood parameters of the tested group of delivered females transfused with their autologous blood was somewhat higher as compared with that of the control group. It was concluded that the autologous blood transfusion for pregnant females was safe and efficient,and so it was worthy to be promoted in our country.
