骼内动脉结扎插管区域化疗预防直肠癌术后局部复发效果分析

目的 观察骼内动脉结扎插管区域化疗预防直肠癌术后局部复发效果。方法 将从化市中心该院外一科87例直肠癌患者术前随机分成两组，其中治疗组47例，予骼内动脉结扎插管区域化疗；对照组40例，术后行全身静脉化疗，对其疗效进行对比分析。结果 治疗组术后局部复发率为6．38％（3／47），对照组局部复发率是30．00％（12／40），两组相比较，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论 骼内动脉结扎插管区域化疗预防直肠癌术后局部复发优于全身静脉化疗，是防止术后局部复发的有效方法。

Iliaca Interna Ligation and Localiz ation Chemotherapy in Preventing Postoperative Local Recurrence

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of iliaca interim ligation and localization chemotherapy in preventing local recurrence. METHODS 87 patiens in Chonghua Center Hospital with rectal carcinoma undergoing radical resection were divided into 2 groups: iliaca interna ligation and locoalization chemotherapy group 47 cases (treatmet group) , peripheral vein chemot-herapy control group 40 cases (control group). RESULTS in the treatment group local recurrence rate 6.38% (3/47) compared with 30.00% (12/40) in control group. The difference of local recurrence between two grorps was very significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The efficacy of iliaca interna ligationand localization chemothrapy is superior to peripheral vein chemotherapy and it is an effective way to prevent postoperative local recurrence.
