摘    要:本文从几何像差、色像差、圆孔衍射和照明几个方面分析了对显微镜分辨率的影响。指出了孔径教的增加.从圆孔衍射角度看对显微镜分辨率的提高有好处。但从几何像差的角度看则会降低显微镜的分辨率;并指出了照明对显微镜分辨率的影响是不可忽略的。
