强力增智灵治疗血管性痴呆48例临床研究

目的观察强力增智灵对血管性痴呆(VD)患者智能量表积分、日常生活能力的影响,对其疗效及安全性进行客观评价。方法将72例血管性痴呆患者随机分为2组。治疗组48例采用强力增智灵治疗,对照组24例采用口服尼莫地平片治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后按简易精神状况检查法(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)和日常生活能力(ADL)评估方法,测定积分值,据痴呆日常生活能力积分值的改变进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治疗后MMSE、HDS及ADL积分均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率79.17%,对照组总有效率62.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论强力增智灵在改善VD患者智能障碍,提高社会生活能力及日常生活自理能力方面均有良好作用。

Observation of Qiangli Zengzhiling on the treatment of vascular dementia

Objective To observe the effect of Qiangli Zengzhiling on intelligence scale score and ADL in patients with vascular dementia.Methods 72 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients in treatment group were given Qiangli Zengzhiling.24 cases in control group were given Nimodipine tablets.The scores of MMSE,HDS and ADL were measured before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the changes of ADL score in dementia.Results The scores of MMSE,HDS and ADL after treatment were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（P0.01）.There was difference between two groups on the scores of MMSE,HDS and ADL after treatment（P0.01）.There was difference between two groups on the total effective rate of clinical effect（79.17%,62.50%,P0.01）.Conclusion Qiangli Zengzhiling has obvious effect on improving disturbance of intelligence,increasing ability of social life and self-care ability of daily life of patients with vascular dementia.
