参鹿启智汤治疗痉挛型脑瘫40例临床观察

目的观察参鹿启智汤对痉挛型脑瘫肌张力和日常生活能力(ADL)评分的影响,探讨其发病机制。方法将80例痉挛型脑瘫患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予脑蛋白水解物注射液静脉注射,配合作业疗法治疗;治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加参鹿启智汤治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组中医证候疗效、ADL疗效,比较治疗前后ADL评分、肌张力评分,治疗前后检测肝肾功能、心电图。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率87.5%,对照组中医证候总有效率62.5%,2组中医证候总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。治疗组ADL总有效率87.5%,对照组ADL总有效率65.0%,2组ADL总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组ADL疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后ADL评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后肌张力评分较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后均降低(P<0.05)。结论参鹿启智汤能提高痉挛型脑瘫患者ADL评分,降低患者肌张力。

Clinical effect of Shenluqizhi decoction on patients with spastic cerebral palsy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shenluqizhi decoction on the muscular tension and activities of daily living（ADL） of spastic cerebral palsy and to discuss its pathogenesis.Methods 80 patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in two groups were treated by cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection combined with exercise therapy.On the basis of routine therapy,40 patients in treatment group were treated with Shenluqizhi decoction,with a treatment course of 3 months.The changes of ADL score and muscular tension were observed and contrasted before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment group（87.5%） was higher than that in control group（62.5%,P0.05）.The total effective rate of ADL in treatment group（87.5%） was higher than that in control group（65.0%,P0.05）.ADL score in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.In treatment group,the muscular tension was come down after treatment（P0.05）,and in control group it was no change after treatment（P0.05）.Decrease of muscular tension in the treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion SLQZS can raise ADL score of patients with SP,and decrease muscular tension.
