维生素D水平与急性脑梗死相关性初步研究

目的探讨维生素D水平与急性脑梗死之间的关系。方法选河北省秦皇岛市急性脑梗死患者100例为脑梗死组,体检正常者50例正常对照组,分别检测2组静息卧位血压、25-羟维生素D25(OH)D]、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(FPG)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,分析其相关性。结果脑梗死组收缩压、TC、LDL、FPG及hs-CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),25(OH)D水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。急性脑梗死组25(OH)D与收缩压、FPG、hs-CRP呈正相关性(P<0.05),与TC、LDL无相关性(P>0.05)。结论维生素D缺乏与急性脑梗死发病有关,可能通过影响收缩压、血糖及炎症因子而发挥生物学作用。

Preliminary research on the relation between the levels of vitamin D and the acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of vitamin D and the acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred patients of the acute cerebral infarction and fifty normal people in Qinhuangdao region were selected as cerebral infarction group and control group. Their resting blood pressure, 25 （OH） D, TC, LDL, FPG and hs - CRP were measured. The correlation was analyzed. Results The levels of systolic pressure, TC, LDL,FPG and hs - CRP in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. The levels of 25（OH） D in the cerebral infarction group was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were positive correlation between the level of 25 （OH） D and systolic pressure, FPG, hs - CRP in cerebral infarction group. There was no correlation between the level of 25 （OH） D and TC, LDL. Conclusion Low level of serum 25（OH） D is associated with development of acute cerebral infarction, which may be effect in systolic pres- sure, FPG and inflammatory factor.
