阿魏酸钠注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察及机制探讨

目的观察阿魏酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将126例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组63例予西医常规加用阿魏酸钠注射液治疗,对照组63例单纯予西医常规治疗。2组均治疗14 d后,观察患者治疗前后胸闷、胸痛、心悸、心律失常症状改善情况及治疗前后心肌酶谱肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]含量水平和心脏功能左室射血分数(LVEF)]改善情况,并进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率79.37%,对照组总有效率41.27%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后胸闷、胸痛、心悸、心律失常症状,CK-MB、AST、LDH含量水平及LVEF变化与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且2组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿魏酸钠可以明显改善心肌细胞代谢,增强心脏功能,降低CK-MB、AST、LDH含量,改善胸闷、胸痛、心悸、心律失常等症状,临床疗效肯定。

Clinical observation and mechanism of sodium ferulate on the treatment of viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the effect of sodium ferulate on the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods 126 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 63 cases in treatment group were given routine western medicine treatment combined with sodium ferulate injection. 63 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine treatment. The course was 14 days. The improvement of clinical symptoms including chest distress, chest pain, palpitations and arrhythmia symptoms before and after treatment was observed. The changes of the content of the blood CK - MB, AST, LDH and LVEF were measures. Results The to- tal effective rate in treatment group （79.37%） was superior to that in control group （41.27 %, P 〈 O. 05 ）. There was significant difference between before and after treatment on chest distress, chest pain, palpitations and arrhythmia symptoms in two groups （ P 〈 0. 01）. There was significant difference between two groups on chest distress, chest pain, palpitations and arrhythmia symptoms after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference between before and after treatment on the content of the blood CK - MB, AST, LDH and LVEF in two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on the content of the blood CK -MB, AST, LDH and LVEF after treat- ment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate can significantly improve the myocardial cell metabolism, enhance cardiac function （ increase of LVEF） to reduce the content of the blood CK - MB, AST and LDH, improve chest distress, chest pain, palpitations, arrhythmia symptoms, clinical efficacy is certainly.
