清热利湿煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿手足口病的临床研究

目的观察清热利湿煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将100例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,2组局部均使用双料喉风散吹敷口腔,手、足、臀部涂炉甘石洗剂及对症治疗。对照组给予利巴韦林10～15 mg/(kg.d),每日3次口服。治疗组给予清热利湿煎剂保留灌肠治疗。2组均用药5 d后判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为84%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;临床症状消失时间及治愈时间治疗组均明显短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论清热利湿煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿手足口病能缩短病程,疗效佳,无不良反应。

Observation of Qingrelishijianji enema treatment on children hand foot mouth disease

Objective To observe the effect of Qingrelishijianji enema treatment on children hand foot mouth disease. Methods 100 children patients with hand foot mouth disease were randomly divided into control group（ n = 50） and treatment group （ n = 50）. Every patient in two groups were treated with local therapy, which mouths were blown onto the Shuangliaohoufengsan, hands foots and hips were coated with Luganshixiji, and other symptomatic treatment. Control group was given oral Ribavirin 10 ~ 15 mg/（kg ~ d）, 3 times/d. The treatment group received Qingrelishijianji retentive enema treatment. The effects in the two groups were observed after 5 days＇ treatment. Re- suits The total effective rate was 98% in the treatment group and 84% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time for eliminating the clinical symptoms and cure time in the treatment group were significant shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qin- grelishijianji enema treatment on children hand foot mouth disease can short the therapeutic duration and has good efficacy and no adverse reactions.
