复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性软组织损伤近期疗效分析

目的观察复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性软组织损伤的近期疗效。方法将300例急性软组织损伤的患者随机分为2组,治疗组160例,予复方伤痛胶囊口服治疗;对照组140例,予云南红药胶囊口服治疗,2组均10 d为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后评定近期疗效。结果治疗组治疗后疼痛、肿胀症状积分与本组治疗前比较下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗后疼痛积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后疼痛、肿胀组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效98.75%,对照组总有效率83.57%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论复方伤痛胶囊治疗急性组织损伤疗效确切。

Short- term effect of compound Shangtong capsule on emergency injury of soft tissue

Objective To analyze the short - term therapeutic effect of compound Shangtong capsule on e- mergency injury of soft tissue. Methods 300 patients with emergency injury of soft tissue were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 160 patients in treatment group were treated with compound Shangtong cap- sule; the other 140 patients in control group were treated with Yunnan Hongyao capsule with a therapeutic course of 10 days for both groups. The short - term therapeutic effect was evaluated after a course. Results There was a signif- icant difference between the two groups in terms of functional limitations, pain, swelling and tenderness after treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The short - term effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound Shangtong capsule is effective in treating emergency injury of soft tissue.
