黄槐肾气汤加味联合西医治疗慢性肾衰竭56例临床观察

目的观察黄槐肾气汤加味联合西医治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将110例CRF患者随机分为2组,对照组54例予常规西医治疗,治疗组56例在对照组治疗基础上加黄槐肾气汤加味治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。比较2组临床疗效,观察治疗前后肾功能、肝功能及24 h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果治疗组总有效率82.1%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于本组治疗前(P<0.01),血尿素氮(BUN)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及24 h尿蛋白定量治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后Cr、Ccr比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄槐肾气汤加味联合西医治疗CRF疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical observation of Huanghuai Shenqi decoction combined with western medicine on the treatment of chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the effect of Huanghuai Shenqi decoction combined with western medicine on the treatment of chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods 110 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups.54 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medical treatment.56 cases in treatment group were treated by Huanghuai Shenqi decoction combined with treatment of the control group.Treatment of two groups was lasted three months.The clinical efficacy,renal function,liver function and 24 h urinary protein excretion before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（82.1%） was superior to that in control group（66.7%,P 0.01）.The level of Cr after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group（P 0.05）,and Ccr was increased（P 0.01）.There was no significant difference between before and after treatment on liver function and 24 h urinary protein（P 0.05）.Conclusion Huanghuai Shenqi decoction combined with western medicine was more effective than that of western medicine on the treatment of chronic renal failure.
