| 摘 要： | 目的建立恒古骨伤愈颗粒中橙皮苷含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱(Shimadzu ODS,4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(19∶81)为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,测定恒古骨伤愈颗粒中橙皮苷含量。结果橙皮苷线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.80%,RSD为0.95%。结论方法重现性好,可用于恒古骨伤愈颗粒质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Henggugushangyu Granules. Method The content of hesperidin in Henggugushangyu Granules was determined by HPLC including C18 column （ Shimadzu ODS,4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）, a mixture acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid （ 19：81 ） as a mobile phase, 283 nm as a detection wavelength. Result Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery of the added sample was 98.80% and RSD was O. 95%. Conclusion The method has a good reproducibility, can be used for the quality control of Henggugushangyu Granules. |
