强直性脊柱炎辨证分型与红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白相关性

目的分析强直性脊柱炎(AS)常见证型与红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法将80例AS患者按照辨证分型分为3组,湿热痹阻证组40例,肾阴亏虚证组22例,肾阳亏虚证组18例,检测各组ESR、CRP水平。结果肾阴亏虚证组及肾阳亏虚证组ESR、CRP水平明显低于湿热痹阻证组(P<0.01)。结论湿热蕴毒、内蕴伏毒为AS活动期发生的根本原因,湿热毒邪痹阻经络、流注骨节是其主要病机。

Analysis of relationship between syndrome differentiation of ankylosing spondylitis, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein

Objective To analyze relationship between syndrome differentiation of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C reactive protein.
