金黄膏外敷预防输注甘露醇所致药物性静脉炎

目的观察自制金黄膏外敷预防输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的效果。方法将236例输注甘露醇致静脉炎患者随机分为2组。护理组118例在穿刺部位上方沿静脉走向局部均匀外敷金黄膏,对照组118例用50%硫酸镁局部湿敷。2组分别输注相同剂量、相同频次20%甘露醇,观察并记录第4 d和第8 d静脉炎发生情况。结果 2组第4 d静脉炎发生率分别为22.88%和46.61%,第8 d为41.53%和67.80%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制金黄膏局部外敷可明显减少输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的的发生率,效果确切。

Clinical observation on external application of Jinhuang paste to prevent infusion of mannitol - induced drug- induced phlebitis

Objective To observe the protective effect of external application of Jinhuang paste on infusion of mannitol - induced drug - induced phlebitis. Methods 236 cases of infusion of mannitol - induced drug - in- duced phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups. 118 cases in nursing group were given external application of Jinhuang paste above the puncture site along the direction of vein. 118 patients in control group were given partial wet dressing of 50% magnesium sulfate. The two groups were infused the same dose, the same frequency mannitol. The incidence rate was recorded on the 4th day and 8th day. Results The incidence rate of phlebitis on the 4th day and 8th day were 22.88%, 46.61% and 41.53%, 67.80% in two groups. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External application of Jinhuang paste can significantly decrease incidence rate of infusion of mannitol - induced drug - induced phlebitis.
