富硒灵芝对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂和一氧化氮、内皮素水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察富硒灵芝对高脂血症大鼠血脂和一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平的影响,探讨其治疗高脂血症的作用机制。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、富硒灵芝高剂量组、富硒灵芝低剂量组、吉非罗齐阳性药对照组,各10只。采用喂养高脂饲料方法复制高脂血症大鼠模型,在造模同时各组每日灌胃予药物(或水)治疗,连续8周。第8周末各组大鼠末次给药后禁食禁水12 h,断头取血,测定各组大鼠血脂、血清NO、血浆ET的水平。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、ET水平显著升高(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、NO水平显著降低(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,各治疗组均可降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、NO水平(P<0.01),升高HDL-C、NO水平(P<0.05);各治疗组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论富硒灵芝可以调节大鼠脂质代谢的异常,缓解高脂血症所引起的ET和NO的失衡。

Effects of Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium on levels of NO and ET in blood of rats with hyperlipoidemia

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of action by observing the effect of Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium on levels of NO and ET of rats with hyperlipoidemia. Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the normal control group, the model group, the high - dose of Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium group, the low - dose of Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium group and Gemfibrozil positive control group. The animal mod- els of hyperlipoidemia were duplicated with high fat diet. Each received daily oral administration of drugs ( or water) treatment for 8 weeks while modeling. At 8th week after the last administration the rats received fasting for 12h, de- capitated, blood. The levels of blood fat and NO, ET in each group were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of TC, TG and ET (P 〈 0.01 ) were significantly increased and the levels of HDL- C and NO were obviously decreased (P 〈 0.05) in the model group. Compared with the model group, the levels of TC, TG and ET (P 〈 0.01 ) were significantly decreased and the levels of HDL - C and NO were obviously increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in each treatment group. There was no significant difference among each treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ganoderma Lucidum rich in selenium can effectively regulate the abnormality of blood fat, and relieve the unbalance of ET and NO in blood of rats with hyperlipoidemia.
