Ⅱ型ZTC1＋1天然澄清剂用于驴胶补血颗粒水提液的澄清工艺研究

目的优选ZTC1＋1-Ⅱ用于驴胶补血颗粒水提液的最佳澄清工艺。方法实验通过ZTC1＋1-Ⅱ澄清剂A、B两组分的加入顺序、用量、药液浓度、温度、搅拌等为影响因素，在单因素分析的基础上应用正交实验设计优化了澄清工艺条件。结果优选出的最佳工艺条件为：提取液浓缩至1：7，温度：60℃，搅拌速度：150r·min^-1，先加ZTCA组分0．3mL·g^-1，后加B组分0．15mL·g^-1。结论ZTC1＋1-Ⅱ天然澄清剂的澄清工艺可用于驴胶补血颗粒的除杂。

Optimum clarification process of Lvjiao buxue granules with ZTC1+1-Ⅱ natural clarifying agents

Objective To determine the optimum process with ZTC1 ＋1-Ⅱ natural clarifying agents for Lvjiao buxue granules. Methods Based on the effect of some factors such as the adding sequence of ZTC1 ＋1-Ⅱ clarifiers A and B, the amount, the concentration of the extracting solution, the temperature and whisking speed etc, orthogonal design was selected to decide the best clarification process with ZTC1 ＋1-Ⅱ natural clarifying agents for Lvjiao huxue granules. Results The optimal process was condensing the extract solution to 1 ： 7 （herb： herb solution）, the flocculation temperature was 60 ℃, the whisking speed was 150 r · min^-1 , the sequence of ZTC1 ＋1-Ⅱ natural clarifying agents was elarifier A before elarifier B. The optimun amount of ZTC clarifier was 0.3 mL · g^-1 for clarifier A and 0.15 mL · g^- 1 for clarifier B. Conclusion Removing impurity with ZTC1 ＋1-Ⅱnatural clarifying agents can be used for Lvjiao buxue granules.
