中小学生龋患及其矫治对生长发育的影响

目的探讨龋病及其矫治对中小学生生长发育的影响，为提高龋齿充填率提供理论依据．方法将7岁和9岁小学生的乳牙龋患情况分为乳龋全补组、部分龋补组、乳龋未补组和无龋对照组，将12、14、17岁中学生恒牙龋患情况分为恒龋全补组、恒龋未补组和无龋对照组，分析不同龋患组中小学生身高、体质量、胸围、肺活量、BMI指数和血红蛋白的差异。结果小学生乳牙龋惠与发育水平关系密切，无龋对照组和乳龋全补组的发育水平显著高于乳龋未补组和部分龋补组。结论龋惠影响中小学生的生长发育，应及时采取矫治措施，在制定口腔保健规划时期要重视提高龋齿充填率。

Effects of dental caries and its treatment on development among primary and secondary school students

Objective To investigate the effects of dental caries and its treatment on development among primary and secondary school students in order to provide scientific basis for improving the filling rate. Methods The primary school students aged 7 and 9 years were divided into four groups: the whole primary dental caries which had been filled, part primary dental caries which had been filled, whole primary dental caries which had not been filled and control group without primary dental caries. Those aged 12, 14 and 17 years were divided into three groups: whole permanent dental caries which had been filled, whole permanent dental caries which had not been filled and control group without dental caries. The difference was analyzed of stature, body weight, chest measurement, vital capacity, BMI and hemoglobin among the different groups. Results The primary dental caries were closely related to the development of primary school students, and the level of development of students in the control group and whole primary dental caries which had been filled group were higher than those in the whole primary dental caries which had not been filled group and part primary dental caries which had been filled group. Conclusions Dental caries can affect students' development, and so, we should pay more attention to the prevention and intervention measures including improving the filling rate.
