摘    要:造血干细胞移植(HSCT)是近年来治疗血液系统恶性疾病的有效手段,目前已在临床得到广泛应用.由于移植物排斥、造血恢复延迟、免疫重建缓慢而增加感染及早期移植相关死亡,以及供、受体组织不相容引发的移植物抗宿主病(GVHD),成为了临床医生亟待解决的棘手问题.作为造血微环境重要组成的间充质干细胞(MSC)由于其来源广泛、取材方便、可进行体外扩增、具有多分化潜能、促进造血和具有免疫调节能力等优点,成为了近年来研究的热点,并逐渐被应用于临床治疗,以下就其在造血干细胞移植术中的应用作一综述.

Abstract:Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has become an important treatment for the malignant hematopoietic diseases in recent years, which has been applied broadly in clinical practice. But graft rejection and delay of hematopoietic/immune recovery are likely to increase infection rate, besides, the incompatibility between donor and receptor may lead to GVHD. These problems become urgent to be solved in clinic. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), as key components of the hematopoietic microenvironment, have received high attentions to their characteristics for wide variety of sources, capable of ex vivo expansion, multi- lineage differentiation potential, supporting hematopoiesis and regulating immune. Consequently, MSC have been applied to clinical therapy. This article reviewed research advances on MSC therapy in HSCT.
