摘    要:脂联素(adiponectin,APN)由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的蛋白质,可直接作用于肝脏、骨骼肌和血管,具有调节糖脂代谢、抗炎症、抗动脉粥样硬化等多种作用,是一种具有广泛生物学效应的细胞因子.人脂联素基因序列中存在相当数量的等位基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),而该基因的SNPs部分调控着脂联素的表达,影响着血清中脂联素水平及功能,是原发性高血压的一个新的易感因素,但存在种族和区域差异.

Abstract:Adiponectin(APN), an adipocytes-secreted protein which directly acts on liver, skeletal muscle and blood vessels, is a kind of cell factors having extensive biologic effect in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism, anti-inflammatory and anti-Atherosclerosis effects. A large number of alleles single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) appear in human adiponectin gene sequence, and part of SNPs could regulate the gene expression of adiponectin, and affect the serum adiponectin level and functions, which was a new essential hypertension susceptibility factors. But there was ethnic and regional differences.
