泛昔洛韦联合多抗甲素徐治疗带状疱疹100例疗效观察

目的观察泛昔洛韦联合多抗甲素治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予泛昔洛韦片、VitB1、VitB12,外用炉甘石洗剂治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用多抗甲素注射。观察记录止疱、止痛、结痂时间以及计算10d后的有效率。结果治疗组平均止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间均较对照组短,(P<0.05);治疗组总显效率82%,明显优于对照组的54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泛昔洛韦联合多抗甲素注射液治疗带状疱疹疗效优好,明显降低带状疱疹的后遗神经痛的发病。

Clinical Observation of Herpes Zoster Treated with Famciclovir and Mannatids injection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of herpes zoster treated with famciclovir and mannatide injection. Methods 100 herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into two groups-Both thepatients in treated group, the control group were given famciclovir, VitB1, VitB12, and indomethacin, and 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with mannatide injection in addition. The time of ceasing new blister, incrustation and decrustation were recorded and the effective rate was calculated after 10days. Results There were significant differences in the average time of ceasing new blister, incrustation decrustation between two group（P〈0.05）. The effective rate was significant difference between two group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of herpes of herpes zoster treated with famciclovir and mannatide injection superior to famciclovir only.
