不同雾化吸入方式对哮喘婴幼儿血氧饱和度的影响

摘    要:目的评价不同雾化吸入方式对哮喘婴幼儿血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响。方法将62例哮喘婴幼儿随机分为空气压缩泵射流雾化组(n=22)与氧气射流雾化组(n=20)、超声雾化组(n=18),均予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。在雾化吸入前、雾化吸入过程中及雾化吸入后10 min监测SaO2变化。结果雾化吸入过程中及雾化吸入后10 min氧气射流雾化组SaO2水平与空气压缩泵射流雾化组、超声雾化组均有显著性意义(Pa〈0.05),雾化吸入过程中及雾化吸入后10 min空气压缩泵射流雾化组SaO2水平与超声雾化组比较均无统计学意义(Pa〉0.05)。结论不同雾化吸入方式对哮喘婴幼儿SaO2均有显著影响,氧气射流雾化更适合于婴幼儿哮喘患儿。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of different nebulization inhalation methods on blood oxygen degree of saturation(SaO2) in infants with asthma.Methods Sixty-two infants with asthma were randomly assigned into 3 groups: air-high-frequency flow stonized inhalation group(n=22),oxygen-high-frequency flow stonized inhalationthe group(n=20) and ultrason jet nebulization group(n=18).Three groups all were gived budesonide suspl.SaO2 was monitored during nubulization.Results There were significant differences of SaO2 levels between oxygen-high-frequency flow stonized inhalationthe group and air-high-frequency flow stonized inhalationthe group,ultrason jet ne-bulization group after 10 min and during inhalation(Pa<0.05).There were no significant differences of SaO2 levels between air-high-frequency flow stonized inhalationthe group and ultrason jet nebulization group after 10 min and during inhalation(Pa<0.01).Conclusions There are significant effect of differen nebulization inhalation methods on SaO2 in infants with asthma.The oxygen-high-frequency flow stoni-zed inhalationthe more adequate for infants with asthma.
