| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期由感染及非感染因素引起,其中下呼吸道细菌感染是主要因素,临床上怎样判断是一个比较复杂的问题.降钙素原是鉴别细菌感染比较敏感和特异的炎症指标,近来研究认为通过降低诊断阈值对判断慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期是否存在下呼吸道细菌感染及指导抗菌素使用具有一定的临床价值.目前已引起临床高度重视.

| Abstract: | Infection and non-infectious factors can cause acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,it is one of the main factors for lower respiratory tract bacterial infections,how to judge in clinical is a more complex proplem.Procalcitonin is a more sensitive and specific inflammatory markers,recently some studies suggest that it has certain clinical value for diagnosing whether there is bacterial infection in acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and guiding antibiotic use by dropping its diagnostic threshold.Up to date,it has attracted the clinical attention. |
