| 摘 要： | 肿瘤新生血管是肿瘤营养物质以及代谢产物与机体交换的通路,肿瘤新生血管的生长对肿瘤的生长、恶化、转移、分期等有着重要的影响.以肿瘤血管的概念及其检测为出发点,介绍了肿瘤新生血管的形成、特点和检测意义；着重从肿瘤微血管密度、超声成像、光学成像及核磁共振成像等4个方面综述了肿瘤新生血管检测的研究进展.

| Abstract: | Tumor angiogenesis is a pathway of nutrients and metabolites between tumor and the body.The growth of tumor vessels has significant effects on tumor growth,deterioration,metastasis and staging.This review started with the concept and detection of angiogenesis,introduced the forming,character of angiogenesis and the importance of detection.Four methods of angiogenesis detection,including tumor microvessel density,ultrasound imaging,optical imaging and magnetic resonance imaging,are the emphases of this review. |
