| 摘 要： | 白介素25(IL-25)是新近发现的IL-17家族的新成员之一,其主要由活化的Th2细胞和肥大细胞所分泌.IL-25能够促进IL-4、IL-5及IL-13分泌、增强Th2型免疫应答、导致嗜酸粒细胞的浸润,在哮喘的发病中起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Interleukin-25 (IL-25) is a new discovery member of the IL-17 family.It is secreted by the activated Th2 cells and mast cells.IL-25 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma for its function of promoting the secretion of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13,enhancing the immune response of Th2 type and leading to eosinophilic infiltration. |
