摘    要:T细胞是参与支气管哮喘发病的重要效应细胞,而磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)是T细胞的重要信号转导分子.PI3K信号通过影响双阴性细胞的β-选择而影响T细胞的成熟,还通过激活PKB、Rac等信号途径而参与T细胞的活化、分化.同时,PI3K通过参与Th1/Th2失衡的调节,嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞的黏附、脱颗粒等而参与支气管...

Abstract:T lymphocyte is the core cell in the bronchial asthma.The phosphoinositide3-kinase (PI3K) pathway is the important signal transduction pathway in the T lymphocyte.PI3K signaling plays a role in the development of T cells through affecting the double-negative cells of the β-selection,and T cell activation and differentiation through activation of PKB,Rac and other signaling pathway.At the same time,PI3K signal also involved in the airway inflammation of asthma including the regulation of Th1/Th2 imbalance,adhesion,degranulation of eosinophils and mast cells.
