| 摘 要： | 目的 探明水通道蛋白1在人肺腺癌细胞株A549中的表达情况,以探讨水通道蛋白1作为肺腺癌治疗靶位的可能性.方法 培养肺腺癌细胞株A549,应用免疫细胞化学法、逆转录聚合酶链反应及Western blot等方法检测水通道蛋白1表达.结果 三种方法均证实肺腺癌细胞株A549存在水通道蛋白1的表达.结论 肺腺癌细胞株A549...
