Abstract:The cytokine signaling pathways and TLRs signaling pathways,play critical roles in the maintenance of immune balance and in the regulation of proliferation,differentiation,and survival of immunocytes,These are strictly signaling pathways regulated by several negative regulatory molecules,including SOCS1,SOCS1,as a JAK-binding protein,can disrupt the cytokine signaling pathways and TLRs signaling pathways by targeting multi-molecules in signal cascades and finally terminate the signal transduction.To elucidate the interactions between SOCS1 and the related signaling pathways will benefit the attempt to improve the antitumor efficiency of innate and adaptive immune systems.
