D型人格与宫颈癌患者术后生存质量的相关性研究

目的 了解宫颈癌患者D型人格与术后生存质量的关系,探讨影响生命质量的相关因素,为临床护士实施护理干预提供理论依据.方法 运用简明36项健康问卷和D型人格量表(DS14)及自行设计的一般人口学调查问卷,对96例宫颈癌患者术后3个月进行问卷调查和分析.结果 在所调查的96例患者中,D型人格患者占28.1％,D型人格患者比非D型人格患者在“生理职能”、“社会功能”、“情感职能”、“精神健康”四个维度上得分低(P＜0.05),同时,年龄、临床分期及经济状况也是影响患者生存质量的相关因素.结论 D型人格与官颈癌患者生存质量密切相关,加强官颈癌患者心理干预对提高其生存质量有重要意义.

Study on the relationship between Type - D personality and quality of life of postoperative patients with cervical cancer

Objective To understand the relationship between Type - D Personality and quality of life of postoperative patients with cervical cancer,explore the factors influencing the patients’ living quality and.provide theoretical supports for the nursing intervention.Methods Questionnaires were sent to 96 patients with cervical cancer three months after operation.The survey tools were included Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire,Type - D scale,and Questionnaire was designed by the investigator.The relationship between Type - D personality and quality of life was analyzed.Results Of all the 96 patients,in dimensions of physical function,role emotion,mental health,the score of Type - D Personality were lower than those of patients with non - Type - D Personality ( P ＜ 0.05 )Conclusions Type- D personality is significantly negatively related to the quality of life,it's essential to strengthen psychological intervention on patients with cervical cancer to improve their qualities of life.
